Teams compete in a fantasy mobile game requiring real-time coordination, role clarity, and resource management under pressure.
2. REFLECT
Each round is followed by a facilitated debrief anchored to three questions — are we clear on our Purpose, do we have the right People in the right roles, and are our Processes working?
3. ACTION PLAN
The final debrief closes with an Action Planning session — concrete commitments the team takes back to the workplace.
